If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please let us know! We do accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the shipping date. Please e-mail us at info@candylandjewlery.com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund (minus the shipping charge) or an exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.

All merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. We also will not except returns that look like they have been purposely damaged.

The goods you are returning are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
